Hale street – Inner City Bypass Acoustic Wall Project

Project Outcome:

In collaboration with the Brisbane City Council and the Queensland Government, we undertook the construction of an acoustic noise wall for the Inner City Bypass. The noise wall seamlessly incorporates plywood and glass for an aesthetic appeal, as well as providing practical functionality. Rising to 7 meters high, the plywood acoustic fence is used as both a retaining wall and auditory shield for the surrounding residents.

Scope of Engagement:

Our mandate encompassed the comprehensive Design, Supply, and Installation of an acoustic wall, strategically positioned to shield the tranquillity of the nearby residents.

Outcome:

A 7m High acoustic fence that meets visual expectations for the inner-city-bypass, but also provides exceptional noise reduction.
